Usually you do something that will get you a felony, but not serious time. You want a few months to a year at most for that. Given that they’ve been investigating him since the beginning of this year and he’s on the hook for millions in fraud...nah.

The maximum for this sort of thing is 150 years. I don’t think he’ll get hit that hard, but he’s definitely going to be an old man when he gets released.
